The user problem
Readers need to find a story and move through chapters without unnecessary friction. A publishing site also needs content that search engines can discover and readers can return to.
Product decisions
Prioritize the story catalogue and chapter-based reading. Keep the scope as a reading and publishing product rather than promising a marketplace or a writer-submission platform that has not been established.
Engineering trade-offs
Astro-based static publishing keeps story content readable as HTML and supports discoverable URLs. Content organization and internal linking are part of the product experience, not just a search checklist.
What exists today
The public catalogue includes stories, chapters and articles, supported by a published SEO strategy.
Evidence & next steps
Implementation evidence is separate from measured user or business outcomes. Next: validate the complete user journey and its results.
