This portfolio is operated by Luong Hong Thuan. Contact the owner using the email link on the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, subject, message, chosen purpose and language are stored privately for reviewing and responding to your enquiry, for up to 90 days. If owner mail notification is configured, those details may also be included in an email notification. The receipt confirms storage; it does not confirm email delivery. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Newsletter signup requires your agreement to store your email and language for portfolio updates. Your signup date and consent version are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal. Signup does not itself send an email. Save the unsubscribe link shown after signup. Click it and confirm removal; if you lose it, contact the owner. An existing signup uses its previously saved unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes.

Anonymous usage totals record only selected product actions, product identifier, language, enquiry purpose and day, for up to 90 days. They do not contain personal identities or page URLs and do not use tracking cookies. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash of the request IP in a counter that expires after ten minutes. Hosting may also maintain security access logs.

Only authorized administrators can view personal submissions. Database backups include those submissions and are retained for 14 days under the current backup schedule. A removal deletes active records; copies in backups expire under that schedule. Hosting and mail providers process data needed to operate these services.

Contact, newsletter and comment forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions. Cloudflare processes browser/network information for this security check; tokens are verified server-side and are not retained in our submission records. This site is self-hosted in Vietnam and uses Cloudflare for public routing and administrator access protection. Comments are stored by this WordPress site and reviewed before publication. Comment name, email and text are retained until removal; email is private. Visitor IP addresses are not stored with comments. Comments do not set author cookies. Contact the owner to request removal. Outbound contact email is not currently enabled; enquiries are stored for the owner to review.
